Our 30-Day 'No-Rush' Return Window

We understand the demanding schedules of healthcare professionals because we share them. That’s why we go beyond the legal minimum to offer you a 30-day return window from the moment you receive your order.

Take your time to decide if the piece resonates with you. If you wish to make a return, simply initiate the process by sending an email to our team at contact@med-artz.com, including your order number.

To ensure your return is processed swiftly and without issue, we ask that the item meets the following simple criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its complete original packaging.

  • Please include your order number or a valid proof of purchase with the return.

This helps our team verify your order and process your refund quickly and efficiently.

For important hygiene, safety, and personalization reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Used or altered products.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

Once your return arrives at our facility and is inspected by our team, we will send you an email to confirm its approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

We uphold the highest standards of quality, consistent with the precision of the medical profession. If you happen to receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@med-artz.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, your return will be processed as a digital store credit for the value of the item, allowing you to choose another piece from our collection.

If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued directly to the original purchaser’s payment method.

To ensure a smooth process, we ask that you handle the return shipping. We highly recommend using a tracked or certified shipping service for your peace of mind, as MedArtz cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to our facility.
